The “Mad Scientist” knows how to get out all carpet stains. I have had white carpet for 27 years and it looks as good as new. His knowledge of the chemistry of stains is amazing. Roland knows what to do for all situations! He comes on time and is very professional in all his work. I would never have anyone else!!!

They took a very bad dog situation and fixed it. Did it on the same day as it occurred, as I was having guest for the weekend. Fabulous job. Highest recommendation.

I have been using Roland and the Masterkleen team for almost 20 years...He is the THE BEST in the Business!!!

I've been using Masterkleen for over 30 years to clean my carpets. Roland is truly a master at making sure the carpets are cleaned without making them soaking wet. He's removed so many different stains from my carpet from pets and kids, stains like red food coloring and nail polish from a silk oriental rug. There is nothing he can't handle. This last time he cleaned our offices with a no added fragrance cleaner which left our carpets clean and fresh smelling. Don't waste money replacing carpets. Call Masterkleen first. You'll be glad you did.

I have MasterKleen come and clean my carpets at least 3 times a year. The carpet is almost dry when they are done! I have used other companies, but it usually takes until the next day to fully dry out. The owner and his right side man are the same individuals that come out each time. They are very outgoing, super nice, funny, and sometimes I ask if they can do a thing or two extra like some cushions or an outdoor rug, and they happily will do those items as well. I will in the future have them do our wood floors, they have done some of them before. They also have cleaned our tile in two bathrooms. I can’t give them enough stars for what they do! I had a stain from a glass of tea that had spilled a little on the carpet, they moved my nightstand and it is completely gone, they cleaned it well and when they move the furniture back they put some foam risers under each corner so it could dry thoroughly!! I will continue to use them to do our outdoor cushions, outdoor rugs, and any other floor in our home!!!! I trust them in my home, which to me is a huge factor as well!

Have used MasterKleen several times and have been totally satisfied. One was on a complicated stain and the result was better than I was expecting.

Roland came on time and is excellent at cleaning carpet. He was able to get awful stains. Would use him again.
