I've been using Master Kleen for about 10/11 years now and their work is amazing! Once I used them for the first time, I've never used any other company. Stains never come back and he's super kind, responsive, and professional. Affordable! Highly recommend!

Thanks to Roland, my home feels brand new! Our carpets just got a facelift and another several years of life. He really puts the time and effort into knowing his craft, and knowing it well, by using targeted products that actually work based on chemistry combined with the type of surface he’s cleaning. I was truly impressed and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you’re using anyone else, you’re doing it wrong. Roland and MasterKleen are just the best.

Impressed with the equipment -- the steam cleaning is essentially run through a giant device on the truck, using a 200 ft hose. I was expecting a much smaller operation, using run-of-the-mill vacuum-sized steam cleaners. Was not disappointed.

I have used Masterkleen a number of times and would give them my highest rating. I have two dobermans so carpets get soiled but after cleaning they look very clean once again. The staff is friendly and take their time to get the job done. Would recommend them again and again. Thanks for a job well done.

I called Roland because I had a Red stain on my brand new carpet, and I didn't think that it could come out. He was prompt and very nice. He told me that he would be able to get the stain out. At first, I had my doubts. He delivered as promised. I would definitely recommend him. Add to the fact that this is a Veteran Owned Business.

Roland offers a nonsense approach to cleaning that returns your furniture to like new status. I thought his prices were reasonable and his work ethic impeccable. He has a customer for life!

Roland cleaned all the carpets in my house and stretched most of them to get the bumps out. It only took about a day (it was a HUGE project!) and I've been thrilled with the results. The carpets haven't wrinkled since and it's been a year and a half. I'll be calling again soon to have the carpets re-cleaned. It helps a lot with allergies and asthma!

Great service! Carpets cleaned well and dried within 24 hours. The whole process of cleaning two small bedrooms and a medium sized living room took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Very easy and convenient payment transaction via phone and email. Highly recommended!
