Summary: convenient to schedule, professional service and quality results. The owner, Roland, made it easy to schedule a quick turnaround for service. The prices are reasonable beyond a doubt and the service was personalized. I had been putting off getting the carpets cleaned after multiple attempts of "at home" remedies with no results. They were professional and courteous and really took the time to explain the chemistry behind the stains and how they would attempt to lift or improve them. My carpet was in terrible shape and it has much improved! I can't say enough about the service because to me that was most important. Thank you for being friendly and punctual, would highly recommend to have clean your home or office carpets.

Masterkleen did an excellent job cleaning my carpet! I called two other major companies before I found Masterkleen online. The other two never returned my calls or emails but Roland at Masterkleen called back within a day. He was patient with me, answering all my questions about how best to clean berber carpet ( I also have two dogs). I am very satisfied with their work. The carpet looks fantastic now and the whole house smells good. I will definitely use them again. Just ask for Roland!

I have used Masterkleen regularly for years, when I used to live in Chesapeake, and more recently in Virginia Beach. They have always arrived on time and gotten my carpets and upholstery clean beyond belief. Once I had a stain on my carpet that would not come out. Roland was able to patch it, like it never happened. They also do an amazing job with tile and grout. They did such a great job on my carpet, I asked them to clean my tile and grout.
