Do not call them. It's taken 6 months to get a rug back. First time it was delivered over 2 months later and smelled worse than when it left our house. It's now months later again and I can't get them to call me back to set up a delivery time and I've requested my money back. Horrible business to deal with.

I can't recommend Kevin enough. We have had other carpet cleaners in the past that left with our cream carpet still stained and odor ridden. The opposite was true with KDB. He was able to get stains out from before we moved in & eliminated any pet odor. We had been considering replacing the carpet, but it looks almost new now. Kevin is very reasonably priced, is courteous, professional, & does what he says. He will be the only carpet cleaner we use from now on.

We used KDB to seal our tile and grout in our new build home. Kevin worked around our every changing date and made sure the job was completed before we moved in. Kevin was very professional and the workmanship was superb. You will not go wrong with KDB and Kevin.

Kevin is the carpet master. He did an amazing job on our upstairs carpet that had both pet stains and traffic patterns. He was very proffesional and made our old stained carpets almost look brand new. I can not recomend him enough.

Used this place after another company left my house smelling like wet dog. He got rid of the odor and spots. Staff was very nice.

The carpet in my massage room was getting pretty bad. Oil from feet had begun to leave a pretty serious mark on the floor. In 15 minutes, Roland had my carpet sparkling clean and all my clients are commenting on the great look!

I have had Masterkleen clean the carpeting in our home several times when they needed it. I have found that, each time, I was extremely happy with the results and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I had used Stanley Steemer and others in this business, but never was very happy with their results. So, now when we need to have our carpets cleaned, I don't call anyone else. One more thing - their pricing is competitive, but not the lowest you can find. You can always find deals, but the quality of the work counts more with me than hiring the cheapest around, and I've always been happy with the outcome with Masterkleen.

These guys are the BEST!!! I had to call Masterkleen in to clean up the mess that Stanley Steamer left behind. These guys were fast, thorough, and cheaper than Stanley Steamer's "Sale" price. I would highly recommend.

Had Stanley Steamer come out and was very disappointed by their work. I found Masterklejeners and was impressed by the knowledge of carpet and stain removal that we so much needed with two dogs and all. They managed to bring my carpet back to its original color and get some really bad stains out. I would recommend Roland Racette to anyone needing their floors cleaned. Great Job and I will be using them again.

Masterkleen did an awesome job cleaning the carpets in my home that I had for sale. When the real estate agent came to do the open house he thought I had replaced the carpets with new.
